Thank You for Answering the Call

Wild Woman Weekend—and everything we build around it—can only exist because of the hearts, hands, and wisdom of women like you.

This is movement-making, sacred labor. And it’s an offering of love to a community that is growing, healing, and reclaiming its power together.

We’ll be reviewing applications and reaching out to gather more information, share details, and begin weaving the web. If you don’t hear from us right away, trust that you’re on our hearts and we’re moving with care.

Until then—stay rooted, stay wild, and thank you again for stepping forward.

With gratitude and fierce love,

~Rae Brassell

Final Reflections

Thank you so much for filling out the application to join the Wild Woman Weekend planning committee. Your willingness to show up, serve, and co-create means more than you know.

This work doesn’t happen without women like you—visionaries, space-holders, builders, and bridgewalkers who are willing to lend their hands, hearts, and gifts to something larger than themselves.

By applying, you’ve already contributed to the magic we’re weaving. This is sacred work—and collective work—and we’re honored you feel called to be part of it.

We’re currently reviewing applications with great care and intention. Someone from our team will be in touch soon with next steps. In the meantime, thank you again for saying yes.

Let’s keep tending the fire with love and fierce gratitude,🔥💛🌿

🌿 Calling the Builders, Dreamers, and Firekeepers 🌿

Wild Woman Weekend wasn’t just an event—it was a living, breathing act of collective magic. And now, the next cycle begins.

We’re putting out the call for Committee Members to help co-create the next Wild Woman Weekend—and to support the future events, offerings, and projects that will make it sustainable.

If this weekend stirred something in you…
If you found yourself dreaming about what else is possible…
If you have skills to offer—or a longing to learn and serve in community…
You belong here.

We are building more than a single annual gathering. In order to grow, improve, and keep Wild Woman Weekend affordable, we must generate income through vending events, workshops, fundraisers, and offerings throughout the year. This work matters—and we need many hands to carry it forward.

🌀 Many hands make light work

We are also in the process of creating a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. That means everything we do must stay rooted in the mission and heart of Wild Woman Weekend—offering space for healing, embodiment, creative expression, spiritual practice, and community care through a feminist, trauma-informed, earth-honoring lens.  Though the future of non-profits is currently uncertain, we are pressing on.

What We’re Looking For:

🔥 Event Planning Committee

We welcome women who will oversee and coordinate in areas such as:

Volunteers
Hospitality & Care Teams
Programming, Workshops & Rituals
Vending and Outreach
Communications, Social Media & Admin
Creative Offerings & Fundraisers

We are ALL volunteers unless there is a time that we have enough to serve our mission, have a savings towards a goal, and enough to pay employees.  If you cannot spend the time and energy without actual pay, I understand.  This is a lot of work, and we live in interesting times.  Please find another way to participate that fits your needs, such as volunteering at an event.

No judgement. No perfection required. Just a desire to be in the work, to stay in integrity with the mission, and to co-create something meaningful together.

🪶 Committee Member Agreements:

As a Committee Member, you agree to:

  • Tend to the mission, values, and heart of Wild Woman Weekend in all you do.

  • Show up with honesty, accountability, and care—for yourself and for the collective.

  • Work collaboratively, with a willingness to listen, learn, and be in process.

  • Communicate directly and respectfully, especially when things get hard.

  • Bring both your gifts and your boundaries—neither are optional.

  • Honor time commitments, deadlines, and group decisions.

  • Practice financial transparency and uphold Sacred Medicine Sisterhood integrity.

  • Stay rooted in reciprocity, reverence, and liberation—not ego, scarcity, or control.

  • Protect the sacred nature of this work and the community it serves.

This is your invitation to step in, show up, and weave with us.
