Kundalini Earth Meditation
Connect to your body and to Earth as we gently awaken the sacred currents of Kundalini energy. In this grounding meditation, we root ourselves deep into the nourishing embrace of Mother Earth, inviting her wisdom and stability to rise through us. Through breath, presence, and somatic awareness, we align our inner vitality with the pulse of the planet, cultivating a powerful sense of rootedness, renewal, and embodied connection.

Goddess & Forest Spirit themed Photo Shoot
Step into the sacred hush of the forest and awaken your inner goddess. These enchanting photo sessions are a celebration of wild femininity, ancestral memory, and untamed beauty. Cloaked in moss and moonlight, adorned with crown and root, you’ll be guided into poses and presences that evoke myth, magic, and mystery. Whether you embody the fierce warrior, the nurturing mother, the wise crone, or the sensual maiden — this is your portal to be seen and witnessed in your sacred essence. Surrounded by trees, touched by wind, and held by the land, we’ll co-create visual poetry that tells the story of your soul. Some props and Costumes will be brought to share, and you are encouraged to bring your own too! There is no charge for the photos or sessions!

The Remembrance of I AM with Henna
Let's explore the magical lawsonia plant and the Creative Art Tool of Henna Together.
At the workshop, I will introduce you to the plant; show you the basic foundations of how-to do henna, walk you through creating the basic lines, shapes and henna designs. After a quick introduction, I will guide a discussion on the Remembrance of "I Am."
Through this Soul-Work, we will examine the different roles we as women play, in our Soul Journey ~ daughter, sister, mother, partner, care-taker & helper. Together, we will explore what those different roles (and parts of ourselves) feel like to us as women while uncovering and Remembering who our Soul truly is.
Through discussion and Soul Exploration, we will then use the Power Words of "I AM" to design a Mantra in Henna on a Canvas that each woman will be able to take home after the event. This Canvas, painted in Henna, will act as a Reminder to continue digging deep into the Exploration of Our Self.
(Each participant in the workshop will also leave with their own tube of henna that they used to create their canvas).
To end the workshop, we will write the Power Words,
I AM...
on our bodies (if one chooses). This will remain on our skin for 1-3 weeks as a reminder that the only Permanent thing in Life is that Everything is Always Changing ... as the henna fades from our skin a new Power Word will emerge that we will need. That is the Beauty of Henna ~ it fades with time. What we may need at the moment, henna provides. But as the henna fades, a new need may arise as well.
I look forward to sharing this Magical Plant with each of you at Wild Women's Weekend and sharing the Beautiful, Powerful Tool of Henna as a means to express oneself through Art and creative expression on one's body while also doing real soul work.

Confronting Force and Fear With Grace
We never know how high we are
Till we are asked to rise;
And then if we are true to plan,
Our statures touch the skies-
The Heroism we recite
Would be a daily thing
Did not ourselves the Cubits warp
For fear to be a King.
~Emily Dickenson
During this presentation we will explore the roots of misogyny and cultural/religious imprints that stymie the natural expression of women's innate wisdom, our capacity to celebrate the unique gifts of female embodiment and our potential to consciously serve the evolutionary impulse.
Engaging in practices that ground, expand and protect our energetic fields, we will begin to develop and deepen our resilience, intuition and to become vessels of grace and transformation in this urgent time.
Awakening the power of our Heart/Womb Axis to heal our personal and collective traumas driving the madness will enable us all to move towards wholeness and a life affirming engagement with the world.
This is a wonderful practice! Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep rest and nervous system repatterning. Lie down in a comfortable position that will allow you to relax so there is no disruption of your attention to the spoken prompts.

Fireside Psychic Salon
An Evening of Spirit, Story, and Sacred Connection
Join us around the fire for an intimate and heart-lit evening with Heather Ward, the beloved Backwoods Medium. In this sacred circle beneath the open sky, Heather serves as a bridge between worlds—bringing through messages, memories, and love notes from the spirit realm to those gathered.
This is not spectacle, but soul work. With warmth, clarity, and her signature no-nonsense compassion, Heather calls forth what is ready to be spoken—from ancestors, guides, and beloveds who have crossed. Sometimes fierce, often funny, always true, the messages come as medicine for the living.
This is a space of reverence and revelation, where mystery is welcome and tears are honored. Come with an open heart, a listening spirit, and the courage to be seen and held in community.
Because as the old stories say, "The ones who have gone before are never truly gone—they whisper through the wind, walk beside us in dream, and speak when the fire is just right."
Take a Walk in Her Shoes
Awaken the Intuitive Voice in Your Hands and Heart
What can a single shoe tell you about the soul who wore it? In this playful, profound workshop, Heather Ward—the Backwoods Medium—invites you to explore the art of psychometry: the intuitive reading of objects imbued with energy and story.
Participants will place one of their own shoes in a communal pile, then choose another at random—an object worn, weathered, and quietly whispering with its owner's essence. Through guided practice and gentle prompts, Heather will lead you to tune in to your natural intuitive abilities. What images rise? What feelings stir? What truths speak from the silence?
This is a workshop for the curious-hearted—for those ready to trust the subtle, sacred language of touch and perception. No prior experience is necessary, only a willingness to listen deeply and speak what comes.
Come take a walk in someone else’s shoes—and in doing so, step more fully into your own.

Norse Blot
A Blot is a Nordic drinking/feasting ritual where different rounds are dedicated to toasting to various aspects/influences in our lives. Folks are encouraged to bring their own drink of choice, usually adult in nature but non-alcoholic is perfectly viable (it is considered bad form to get wasted). While the generic format is the same, each Blot is unique, and at its heart, I believe it's a community-building ceremony. Bring a comfy chair or pillow to sit on and your beverage of choice. Cheese and crackers will be provided.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga practice. Participants can expect to be guided through a holistic practice centering around acceptance, gratitude, and surrender. We will follow the Hatha sequence of grounding and centering with pranayama, warm up, sun salutations, standing poses, balance pose, floor practice, and final relaxation. This will be a slow and soothing practice that will be a sort of moving meditation as we move through our asana practice.
During the class, I will guide participants through intention setting, breathwork, asana, and awareness practice in a trauma informed and holistic way, creating a space for all that is welcoming and safe. This class will be safe for all levels and I encourage modification and nourishing our minds and bodies in a way that meets each person's individual needs.
My approach to Yoga is spiritual in nature, because Yoga speaks to me in a spiritual way. My hope is that this calling back home I have found in my practice can be shared with all who attend my session.

Belly Dance Fundamentals
Our workshop will focuses on a few fundamental steps and movements of belly dance. These are explained in detail to make sure beginner students understand the correct technique to perform moves safely as well as stretch and strengthen muscles they never knew they had. We will learn a short choreography that is easy to remember so you can take your new skills home with you!

Womb Temple Journey

This is a guided journey to your Womb Temple, also known as the Yoni Cave. We’ll begin by getting comfortable, then gently ground, shield, and center our energies through visualization and breathwork—preparing our bodies and minds to journey inward.
From there, I’ll guide you into the astral realm, where we’ll create doorways that lead to our own unique yoni caves. Once inside, we’ll take time to explore the space—feeling into its energy, noticing its sights, scents, textures, and any impressions it offers.
When you feel settled, we’ll connect with the womb space and ask: What do you need? Your womb will respond in her own way—through words, sensations, symbols, emotions, or something entirely unique. She carries ancestral wisdom and deep life force energy. Giving her this moment to speak allows you to reconnect with your inner power and truth.
Remember, you can return to this space whenever you feel called. It’s always within you.
This journey is neurodivergent-friendly. Even if your mind wanders or you find yourself analyzing as you go, the potency of the work remains fully intact.
And if you no longer have a physical womb, know that the energetic imprint still lives within you. This journey is for all who wish to reconnect with this sacred part of themselves.

Trance Dance
Come, wild daughter of the ancient drum.
Come you who dream with your feet, you who speak in the silent language of sweat and sway, you whose grief is too deep for words, whose joy is too large for skin. Come into the circle. The one that has no corners. The one that has no end.
This is remembrance.
Trance Dance is the old road, older than books, older than even the oldest prayers spoken aloud. It is the way of bone memory. The howl. The ache. The release. It is how the soul burns what no longer serves and makes holy ash from it.
You will be blindfolded, yes—but not to lose sight. To gain it. To see with the heart-eyes, the belly-eyes, the ones that never lie. With each step, you shed a layer not meant to be yours. With each breath, you pull down the moon and let her walk you home.
This is the dance of transmutation.
Here we do not “let go”—we offer. We do not “move on”—we move through. We become the storm, the tide, the trembling animal who knows how to shake her trauma into medicine.
Do not worry if you do not know the steps.
Your body remembers.
It always has.
This space is held for all who carry the sacred within—however it moves, however it weeps, however it howls. This is a ceremony for the broken, the blooming, and all the wild selves in between.
Bring your sorrow.
Bring your rage.
Bring your laughter.
Bring the parts you thought you had to hide.
And come dance not to perform—but to return.

Wild Grief Ceremony
Journey into Wholeness: Cacao Ceremony, Wild Grief Shamanic Journey, and Somatic Sound Bath
Join us for a profound and transformative journey at the Wild Woman Weekend, where we invite you to gently open your heart, meet your deepest emotions, and return to a state of integrated well-being. This powerful sequence of ceremonies is thoughtfully designed to guide you through a process of release and renewal, held in a supportive and nurturing space.
Our journey begins with a Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony. Led by Melissa Landrum, this gentle yet potent ceremony utilizes the sacred plant medicine of cacao to soften your defenses and gently guide you into your heart space. As you sip this warm and comforting elixir, you'll be invited into a state of relaxed openness, preparing you for the deeper work to come. This is a time to connect with yourself and the community, setting intentions for healing and release.
Following this gentle opening, Sarah from Live Vibrant @ Four Directions Alchemy will guide you through the Wild Grief Shamanic Journey. This unique ceremony provides a safe and sacred container to consciously meet and liberate the layers of grief you may be carrying. We often associate grief with significant losses, but it encompasses so much more – the end of relationships, the loss of dreams, transitions, and unspoken sorrows. Through guided shamanic practices, including movement and vocal expression, you will be invited to connect with your deepest grief and allow it to move through you. This is an opportunity to honor your losses, acknowledge what has been held, and create space for healing.
Finally, as the energy of release settles, Jen Pochyla and Amanda Mecham, both of Elevated Echoes, will lead a deeply restorative Somatic Movement and Sound Bath. This integration phase will gently guide you back into your body with love and compassion. Through subtle somatic movements and the immersive vibrations of sound healing instruments, you'll be supported in absorbing the shifts and insights from the grief journey. The sound bath will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation, cellular rejuvenation, and a profound sense of coming home to yourself.
We warmly encourage all participants of the Wild Woman Weekend to be present for this powerful ceremony. For those who feel called to participate directly in the journey, we welcome you with open arms. For those who feel drawn to support the collective energy in a different way, we invite you to attend with your drum or simply as a witness to hold space. Your presence as witnesses and drummers is an invaluable contribution to the ceremony, creating a strong and supportive container for all involved.
Throughout this entire journey, Sarah, Melissa, Jen and Amanda will be present, holding a grounded and compassionate space for all participants and facilitators. We believe in the power of community and collective healing, and we are honored to witness and support your individual and collective journeys.
This is an invitation to tend to the wild and tender parts of yourself, to honor your experiences, and to emerge feeling lighter, more connected, and deeply integrated. Join us for this powerful and transformative experience at the Wild Woman Weekend.
