Applicants that are accepted will be sent a contract to go over and sign. The Application is not fully accepted until the contract is signed and returned.
Performers
As a performer, your presence is not only appreciated but vital to the success of our community events. We value the time and effort you put into your performances, and we believe that it is equally important to engage with our community members. Therefore, we ask that all performers commit to staying for the full duration of the event, from the beginning to the end. This will give you the opportunity to connect with the audience and create a stronger relationship with our community. We understand that you may have other commitments, but we ask that you make necessary arrangements to ensure that you can be present for the entirety of the event.

During your downtime, we encourage you to participate in community activities. This will not only give you a chance to interact with our community but also showcase your talent and build your fan base. We also welcome you to volunteer your time and skills to help make the event a success. Your contribution will be greatly appreciated and will help create a positive and welcoming environment for everyone. Performers are offered free camping, free entry into the workshops, ceremonies, and activities, as well as compensation for their performance.
